This transformation follows the McKinsey operating model, and its execution and progress are actively supported and monitored by McKinsey in partnership with our senior leadership team.As a Transformation Office Intern, you will play a hands-on role in this strategic journey, working closely with senior transformation leaders on initiatives that shape the future of the bank.
