Production Process Support Engineer I Master Scheduler

Working with the Customer and Sales personnel to review specifications, identify and clarify the job specific detail requirements and to establish a clear scope of supply. Create a technical and manufacturing process interface between Customer specifications, Tendering and Manufacturing. ResponsibilitiesGeneration and maintenance of technical / manufacturing documentation for manufacturing specification compliance of manufacture.Creation of manufacturing and test specifications for customer orders.Creation of manufacturing & quality specifications & documentation.Project management of product manufacturing quality.Liaison with Materials and Production Depts with regards to materials deliveries etc.Maintains production schedule updates with production & Customer Service Depts.Develops and implement 3D AutoCAD Drawings and Build data.Any other projects as assigned by PM.Cover for Customer Service ManagerQualificationsA formal nationally recognized qualification or equivalent experiencePreferred- Higher Education level (Sub Degree)A degree in a relevant subject (Electrical Engineering or equivalent) SkillsSkills and KnowledgeExperience in writing product build instructionsArticulate and able to clearly communicate verbally and in written form to all levelsThe ability to build and maintain relationships with clients quicklyThe ability to work with operators and production supervisionKnowledge of Project Management methodology and toolsElectric Motor and Generator Awareness - preferredExperience of a general electronics design environmentMethodical approach to problem solvingCapable of organizing, analyzing and retrieving historic data.Capable of driving ideas/projects forwardAble to work effectively to meet agreed timescales having considered and planned the project activities.Relevant Professional MembershipEffective working in a project team environmentThe ability to work independently or within a team.Well organizedStrategic thinker.ProactiveGood communication skills
