Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence while developing future leaders through mentorship and performance management.Partner with executive and regional leadership to drive strategic planning, workforce design, and resource allocation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Creative, and Finance to ensure seamless execution, maximize profitability, and elevate the client experience.Own end-to-end event strategy and execution for complex, high-value programs, serving as a senior client advisor and escalation point. Ensure delivery against client expectations, financial targets, and brand standards.Drive operational rigor through process optimization, financial oversight, and performance accountability, including P&L ownership and program outcomes.
