Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, assessing project requirements, and conducting detailed calculations related to insurance claims. Additional tasks involve evaluating property damage, preparing detailed reports, and providing technical support to ensure accurate project projections. The role requires collaboration with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to assist in the resolution of insurance disputes.QualificationsExperience in cost estimation, project planning, and evaluating property damageStrong proficiency in technical calculations and data analysisExcellent attention to detail and the ability to create clear, concise reportsStrong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and collaborationFamiliarity with insurance claims processes and industry regulations is a plusProficiency in related software and tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, or estimation softwareBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferredAbility to work on-site in Houston, TX
