Through innovative storytelling and audience-driven approaches, we aim to captivate mobile-first viewers with fast-paced, engaging, and emotionally compelling content.Our mission is to redefine short-form entertainment by integrating creativity, data-driven insights, and cross-cultural perspectives, building vertical dramas designed for high engagement, strong retention, and global scalability.Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI-savvy Creative Strategist to support creative development for both mobile game UGC ads and short-form drama ad creatives. This role will focus on writing performance-driven scripts, breaking down existing drama ad materials, generating new creative angles, and using AI tools to accelerate script development and creative production workflows. This is not an editing role. The ideal candidate should be strong in ad scripting, concept generation, and AI-assisted creative workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite performance-driven UGC ad scripts for mobile games and app-related campaignsDevelop short-form drama ad scripts based on existing scenes, emotional hooks, and key momentsBreak down current ad creatives and drama materials to identify strong hooks, pacing, emotional triggers, and conversion pointsTurn existing footage, drama scenes, and references into new testable script angles and creative conceptsGenerate multiple script variations for different hooks, structures, tones, and audience segmentsUse AI tools to accelerate script writing, concept iteration, creative ideation, and production prepSupport AI-assisted creative workflows by translating concepts and scripts into usable prompts, references, and production-ready directionsWork closely with the creative lead and post-production teams to provide script briefs, edit notes, and creative directionOrganize and summarize learnings from top-performing ads into reusable creative patterns and frameworksQualifications1-3+ years of experience in performance creative, ad scripting, paid social creative, UGC scripting, short-form video strategy, or related rolesStrong ability to write hooks, ad scripts, UGC concepts, and conversion-oriented creative anglesAbility to break down existing ad creatives and turn them into stronger testable script ideasFamiliarity with AI tools for writing, ideation, image/video generation, or creative workflow supportStrong sense of audience psychology, pacing, emotional hooks, and CTA structureExcellent written English and strong communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-moving, feedback-heavy environmentExperience in gaming, entertainment, streaming, or narrative-driven content is a plusNice to HaveExperience with AI-assisted content creation workflowsExperience writing UGC scripts for mobile games or appsExperience with short-form drama, trailers, or emotionally driven ad creativesFamiliarity with prompt writing or AI content production pipelinesUnderstanding of how scripts translate into visual production
