HR Generalist -Bilingual Spanish-Manufacturing (Onsite, Rosemont, IL)We're partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Rosemont area looking to add a hands-on HR Generalist to their team. This is a fully onsite role supporting day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and payroll for a growing workforce.What you'll be doing:Manage full-cycle HR support for ~150 employees across manufacturing and corporate functionsProcess bi-weekly payroll in Paycom, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissionServe as a go-to resource for employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace questionsSupport employee relations, including coaching managers, handling investigations, and resolving issuesAdminister onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviewsMaintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and complianceAssist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and vendor coordinationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesPartner with leadership on performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiativesSupport recruiting efforts as needed, including coordinating interviews and working with hiring managersWhat they're looking for:3+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environmentHands-on payroll experience for 100+ employees (Paycom strongly preferred)Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and best practicesExperience supporting both hourly and salaried employee populationsComfortable working in a fast-paced, onsite environment with direct interaction on the floorStrong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationCandidate who speaks SpanishWhy this role:Stable, established manufacturing company with a strong team environmentHigh visibility role with exposure to leadershipOpportunity to own payroll and make an impact across HR operationsCompetitive compensation and benefitsIf you're looking for a well-rounded HR role where you can be both strategic and hands-on, this is a great opportunity to step into a key position within the organization.Medical, Dental, Vision and 401kSalary $75,000-$85,000
