Senior Compensation AnalystPosition SummaryThe Senior Compensation Analyst supports the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for manufacturing operations, commercial teams and corporate functions. This role partners with HR and business leaders to ensure pay practices are competitive, internally equitable, and aligned with business objectives, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct compensation analysis for hourly and salaried employees across the organizationPerform market benchmarking and job pricing using survey data and external sourcesSupport compensation decisions including offers, promotions, transfers, and internal equity reviewsAssist in the administration of annual compensation processes, including merit increases and bonus programsMaintain and analyze salary structures, pay ranges, and job classificationsPrepare reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and HR leadership decision-makingEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency)Support job evaluations and organizational structure reviewsPartner with Finance and HR on compensation budgeting and workforce planningMaintain compensation data integrity within HRIS systems and reporting toolsAssist with development and documentation of compensation policies and proceduresSupport audits, pay equity analyses, and special compensation projectsQualificationsMinimum: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be consideredMinimum of four (4) years of compensation or advanced HR analytics experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience supporting both hourly (non-exempt) and salaried (exempt) populationsStrong understanding of compensation fundamentals including market pricing and job evaluationWorking knowledge of applicable regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay equity, pay transparency laws)Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) and strong analytical capabilityExperience with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP) preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferredExperience in multi-site manufacturing environmentsExposure to union environmentsExperience supporting production or operations incentive programsCCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification or progress toward certification
