Real Estate Associate

A prestigious regional law firm with offices across the Mid-Atlantic is seeking a commercial real estate associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Richmond office. This attorney will represent clients in a wide range of complex commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects. Candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and manufactured housing properties asset classes. This is a partner track position, with the expectation that the associate will be in the office 5 days per week.
