Job Title: HR ManagerPosition Type: FTELocation: LA,USASalary Range: USD $70,000 - $100,000Job ID#:161833Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented HR manager to support our U.S. operations with day-to-day human resources functions. This execution-focused role works closely with our global HR Business Partner to ensure seamless HR service delivery across our organization. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and provide essential HR administrative support.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition SupportCoordinate recruitment activities with local job boards, recruiting agencies, and headhuntersSchedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and coordinate offer processesExecute onboarding procedures and maintain positive candidate experience standardsSupport campus recruiting initiatives and internship programsEmployee Relations & Culture DevelopmentMonitor employee attendance and manage leave tracking systemsOrganize team-building activities, celebrations, and employee recognition eventsServe as primary employee liaison for day-to-day HR inquiries and feedback collectionFoster inclusive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiativesHR Operations & AdministrationMaintain personnel files, employment records, and HR documentationProcess employment contracts and manage signature workflowsExecute new hire orientations and coordinate exit proceduresAdminister benefits enrollment and serve as liaison with benefit providersSupport daily office operations and administrative functionsCompliance & Legal SupportEnsure compliance with U.S. federal and state employment lawsSupport implementation of HR policies developed by global HR leadershipAssist with audit preparation and maintain compliance documentationTrack regulatory updates and coordinate with legal counsel as neededRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of experience in HR operations or administrative rolesStrong understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulationsProficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and Google WorkspaceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information-Candidate must be proficient in Mandarin, as they will have to communicate with the team in China on a daily basis.About Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
