We're looking for a proactive Project Accountant to support Project Managers through all phases of project execution.Key Responsibilities: Partner with Project Managers to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation through completionCoordinate schedules, materials, and key project information to support workflow efficiencyMaintain organized project documentation and track deliverables across multiple active projectsMonitor deadlines and proactively communicate risks or delaysManage project-related financial processes including invoicing, billing, and AIA documentationTrack and maintain billing schedules (e.g., 15th, 20th deadlines) across multiple projectsPrepare reports and provide administrative support to ensure smooth project executionPull and analyze reports to track job status, progress, change orders, and outstanding itemsWhat You BringBachelor's degree or experience working with construction/project documentationStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhy Join Us?Work closely with experienced Project Managers on diverse, fast-moving projectsGain hands-on exposure to both project operations and financial processesBe part of a collaborative team that values initiative, accuracy, and accountability
