Experience in the migration of Telegent Community.Ensure platform configurations align with business strategy, security standards, and governance requirementsAct as the primary technical point of accountability for these applicationsTelegent - Community & Engagement PlatformDesign and manage community structures including forums, knowledge bases, and collaboration spacesConfigure user roles, permissions, moderation workflows, and content governancePartner with business teams to improve engagement, adoption, and user experienceExperience in the migration of Telegent Community.Support integrations such as SSO, analytics, and external toolsMonitor platform health and coordinate vendor support when requiredOperational Excellence & Stakeholder EngagementTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsProvide Level 2/3 application support and incident resolutionMaintain clear documentation for configurations, processes, and best practicesCoordinate with vendors, security, and infrastructure teamsSupport testing, UAT, and release managementRequired QualificationsExperience & Technical Skills3-4 years of experience managing enterprise SaaS applicationsExperience with community or engagement platforms (Telegent )Familiarity with SSO, role-based access control, and integrationsProfessional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple platforms with competing prioritiesClear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to translate business needs into technical outcomesDetail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
