We're looking for an experienced, hands-on operator with a franchise operations background who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys being close to the day-to-day work of running great restaurants.This is a role for someone who loves being in the field "” visiting stores, coaching teams, and spotting opportunities to improve operations in real time. We value leaders who take ownership of problems from start to finish: identifying issues, building practical plans, and seeing them through to execution.You'll work alongside our existing operator and report directly to the CEO. As an early member of our growing team, you'll have meaningful influence over how we scale and the systems we build along the way.Who we are looking forAn experienced franchise operations professional who understands both the corporate and franchisee perspective.A hands-on leader who has run shifts, managed teams, and knows what a real restaurant day looks like.Someone whose recent experience keeps them close to the line "” practical operational knowledge matters to us.A problem-solver who takes ownership end-to-end: identify, plan, execute, follow through.Someone energized by the pace, ownership, and upside of a startup environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain a consistent, active presence across our corporate and franchise locations "” this role requires regular in-store time.Hit operations and business performance targets across your portfolio of stores.Coach and develop store operators and franchisees on execution, hospitality, throughput, labor, and food cost.Identify operational inefficiencies and build the systems, SOPs, and tools to address them "” and make sure they're adopted in practice.Track and analyze store-level data and use it to drive specific, actionable changes on the ground.Lead annual planning and business review processes with franchisees.Partner with internal functions (marketing, construction, finance, IT, legal) to get franchisees the resources they need.Conduct location evaluations and follow through on action items until they're closed out.Step in directly when stores need support "” whether that means jumping on the line, retraining a team, or working through a P&L with a manager.Other duties as assigned "” this is a startup, and the role will evolve.Job RequirementsPrior franchise operations experience, ideally in food service or restaurants.Significant, recent, hands-on restaurant operations experience. You should be comfortable walking into any of our stores and running a shift.Demonstrated track record of fixing operational problems, not just identifying them.Strong leadership presence "” able to motivate teams, hold people accountable, and have difficult conversations.Solid business and financial acumen; comfortable reading a P&L and acting on it.Excellent communication and coaching skills with both corporate and franchise teams.Able to build trust quickly with operators, franchisees, and store-level employees.Self-starter who thrives without heavy oversight and brings their own plan to the table.Must reside in Westchester County or Long Island to effectively service all locations.
