Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) ManagerNear Hershey, PAI'm partnering with a well-established, growing manufacturer to identify an EHS Manager for their facility near Hershey, PA. This is a key leadership role within the plant, offering the opportunity to drive safety culture, influence operations, and make a meaningful impact across the site.About the RoleReporting directly to site leadership, this position is responsible for leading and advancing all aspects of environmental, health, and safety performance. You'll work closely with operations and front-line leaders to build a proactive, engaged safety culture while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.This is a highly visible role where you'll have the ability to shape strategy, develop talent, and implement systems that support both employee safety and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and promote a strong, behavior-based safety culture across the facilityPartner with operations to identify risks and implement practical, sustainable solutionsOversee and maintain compliance with environmental regulations, permits, and reporting requirementsDevelop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and proceduresDrive hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident prevention initiativesSupport and coach leaders and employees on safe work practices and accountabilityManage site training programs to ensure alignment with regulatory and company standardsFacilitate audits, inspections, and continuous improvement effortsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agenciesQualificationsExperience in an EHS role within manufacturing, industrial, or similar environmentsStrong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulationsProven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organizationExperience with environmental compliance, permitting, and reporting is a plusBachelor's degree in EHS or related field preferred; certifications such as CSP are a plusWhy This OpportunityHigh-impact leadership role with strong visibility at the plant levelStable and growing organization with ongoing investment in safety and operationsOpportunity to make a tangible difference in culture, systems, and performance
