Miami-Dade County, FL$125K - $145K Base + Vehicle + Bonus + Full BenefitsAppleOne is partnering with a very stable and growing South Florida Commercial General Contractor that is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to join their team on large ground-up Multifamily, Mid-Rise Apartment, ALF, and Commercial projects throughout Miami-Dade County.This is NOT a role for someone who only managed one division/trade on mega projects. The client is specifically seeking a true "builder" mentality Superintendent who understands ALL phases of construction from sitework through final closeout/TCO.The ideal candidate must be capable of independently running projects from start to finish with strong hands-on leadership and oversight across all divisions.What They Are Looking ForMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:• 10+ years working directly for Commercial General Contractors• Extensive ground-up construction experience in South Florida• Multifamily / Mid-Rise Apartment / ALF experience required• Experience with Tilt-Up and conventional concrete construction• Experience overseeing ALL phases of construction including:SiteworkStructureMEP coordinationInteriors / finishesFull project execution through closeout/TCO• Experience independently running projects (not just team support roles)• Strong knowledge of Miami-Dade construction environment and subcontractor market• Stable work history "” NO job hoppers/jumpers• Must come from General Contractor background ONLY• NO candidates coming strictly from specialty subcontractors (shell, drywall, framing, etc.)• Fluent English required• Spanish bilingual preferred but not requiredTarget Project Background• Ground-Up Multifamily• Mid-Rise Residential• ALF / Assisted Living Facilities• Commercial / Industrial / Office projectsPreferred Candidate Traits• Hands-on field leadership• Builder mentality• Strong scheduling and coordination skills• Long-term mindset seeking stable company/home• Ability to hold subcontractors accountable• Strong communication and leadership presenceCompany Highlights / Selling Points• 25+ years established in South Florida• Approximately 70+ employees and growing• Strong project pipeline and long-term stability• Family/team-oriented culture• Many employees have been with company 10+ years• Majority of projects located in Miami-Dade CountyCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary:$125,000 - $145,000 depending on experienceBenefits Include:• Company-paid Employee HMO health plan• Vehicle allowance• Gas card• SunPass• Company phone• 401K with employer match• PTO package• Paid national holidays• Incentive Compensation / Project Bonus Program for Superintendents
