As a Mid-Senior Level Recruiter, you will:Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools, including ATS platforms and job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and clearance-focused platforms (e.g., ClearanceJobs)Build strong relationships with candidates and develop a pipeline of qualified talent, including candidates with active or previously held security clearancesConduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to qualify candidates for open positions across high-touch, relationship-driven client accountsRecruit for roles supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs, including technical, engineering, intelligence, and cleared positionsMaintain compliance with DoD hiring requirements, including clearance validation, export control considerations (ITAR/EAR), and citizenship requirementsPerform thorough reference and background pre-screening aligned with federal and client-specific standardsNegotiate pay rates in a competitive and compliance-driven environmentPartner with clients and attend meetings to support delivery on DoD and federal contractsCollaborate with internal compliance and onboarding teams to ensure smooth processing of cleared and uncleared candidatesCareer GrowthEvery recruiter has an exciting career path at Judge. The experience gained develops key sales skills, including relationship building, negotiations, and technical acumen, preparing you for advancement into an Account Executive role.Within 12 months, top performers may:Transition into an Account Executive role, orAdvance within recruiting into Lead Recruiter, Delivery Manager, or Recruiting Management positionsMinimum Requirements3+ years of staffing industry recruiting experience (agency experience preferred)Experience recruiting for DoD, federal, or government contracting roles strongly preferredDemonstrated experience sourcing and placing candidates with active security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, CI/Poly, FS Poly)Familiarity with clearance processes, adjudication timelines, and clearance verification tools (e.g., JPAS/DISS)Understanding of DoD compliance requirements, including ITAR/EAR and U.S. citizenship constraintsExperience sourcing through clearance-focused platforms such as ClearanceJobs or Proven track record of successfully filling roles in competitive or niche talent marketsCompetitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with strong interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong ability to multi-task, problem solve, and support Account Executives in managing client relationshipsStrong time management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to generate candidate leads and contribute to new business developmentStrong interest in career growth toward Account Executive or leadership rolesBachelor's degree preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting prime contractors or defense integratorsFamiliarity with federal contract labor categories and proposal recruitingAbility to recruit for classified programs and secure environmentsExisting network of cleared professionals
