Learning and Development Coordinator (Contract)Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)Schedule: Standard business hoursDuration: 9+ months (contract extension possible based on performance)We're looking for an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to support the operational delivery of enterprise learning programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating training initiatives, managing learning systems, and delivering a seamless learner experience in a collaborative environment.About the RoleAs a Learning and Development Coordinator, you'll support the end-to-end coordination of learning programs across the organization. You'll work closely with the Talent Development team and external learning vendors to ensure smooth execution of both virtual and in-person training events. This is a highly organized, detail-oriented role with exposure to enterprise-level learning operations and systems.What You'll DoCoordinate logistics for enterprise learning and development programsManage LMS setup, learning events, enrollments, and course trackingSchedule calendars, assign pre-work, and distribute learning materialsTrack attendance, completions, and assessments for training programsServe as first-line support for learner inquiries via shared email inboxes and Microsoft TeamsMaintain organized learning documentation and repositories (SharePoint or similar platforms)Partner with the Cornerstone LMS Administrator to support system readiness and global program rolloutsProduce accurate reports on attendance, completions, and evaluations for stakeholdersIdentify and escalate delivery risks, system issues, or operational concernsProvide backup support for other enterprise learning programs during peak periods or team absencesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in learning coordination, training operations, or program supportBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working with a Learning Management System (LMS), preferably CornerstoneProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and ExcelExperience supporting learning programs in a global or multi-location environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills??
