We hope you'll join us in this journey!What You Will Do: As the Customer Fulfillment Representative, you will ensure exceptional customer interaction - entering and managing orders, and processing all invoicing for contracts, parts orders, and contract labor with special emphasis on our Latin American customer base. What You Will Accomplish:Receive phone calls from customers discussing their needs for repair and replacement parts.Search manuals and the computer system to determine answers to their questions and to define the proper parts. Ensure all orders received by phone and e-mail from Chore-Time Group Area Sales Managers and Engineering staff, distributors, Poultry Producer customers, and other CTB business units are entered into Oracle Cloud system.Manage active orders, monitoring lead time, and availability. Communicate with pertinent company personnel and the customer regarding any necessary changes to the order or its fulfillment including freight needs.Partner with shipping department on issues surrounding containers, confirmations, and customer preferences on loading equipment.Invoice daily the prior day's shipments and process invoices to customers for parts and internal invoicing of contract orders.Keep Management team abreast of issues involving delinquent Accounts Receivables and Customer disputes on a timely basisCalculate and maintain information surrounding On-Time, Complete, and Error Free metrics as well as track information related to Back-Orders and customer complaints. Position Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: 4+ years of customer service experience; Previous manufacturing experience highly preferred.Functional Skills: Supportive and customer oriented; experience with multi-level bills of materials and logistics process; extremely detail-oriented; Excellent ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks; comfortable reviewing and processing large amounts of data; solid ability to problem-solve and work with others to ensure orders are accurate and processed timely; Strong data-entry experience.Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient w/ MS Office; Previous experience with Oracle highly preferred; Strong technical aptitude to learn systems as needed.Language Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication skills; Comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization.Leadership/Behaviors: Collaborative, supportive, and even keeled; Ability to de-escalate tense situations with customers/distributors; timely and responsive with a strong sense of urgency; flexible and adaptable; conceptual and forward-thinking to propose solutions to customer obstacles.Culture Match BehaviorsEnjoys open communication and takes initiative to find solutions; a team player with the ability to respectfully share information to help develop and adhere to best practices; Comfortable working in a high-volume and fast-paced environmentOther Important Information: Reports To: Customer Service ManagerCore Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (will work approximately 8-9 hours within this timeframe)Typical Work Week:M-F - approximately 40-45 hours per weekDirect Reports:None Work Conditions: Primarily an office environment with occasional visits to manufacturing floorTravel: Limited, if any
