A growing healthcare services organization is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to partner directly with the CEO and lead the evolution of the company's people strategy, leadership capability, and HR infrastructure during a period of rapid growth and acquisition activity.This is a highly visible role for a hands-on HR leader who can operate strategically while also driving execution across recruiting, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, benefits, and performance management.The organization operates within a fast-paced, multi-state environment. The business is entrepreneurial, operationally intensive, and scaling quickly.This position is based in Fort Lauderdale onsite 4 days a week, with 1 flex day if needed. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the senior HR leader and trusted advisor to the CEO and executive teamStrengthen leadership capability, coaching, and management effectiveness across the organizationImprove recruiting processes and talent acquisition outcomes across administrative, operational, customer support, and healthcare-related functionsLead employee relations, engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits initiativesBuild scalable HR programs and infrastructure to support continued growth and acquisitionsPartner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategyOversee HR support for a blended workforce that includes domestic employees, offshore personnel, contractors, and outsourced teamsDrive accountability, process improvement, and stronger people leadership practices throughout the organizationIdeal BackgroundSenior HR leadership experience within healthcare, pharmacy services, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, managed care, healthcare technology, or related industriesExperience supporting fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or founder-led organizationsStrong operational mindset with ability to move between strategy and executionDemonstrated success improving leadership capability and organizational effectivenessExperience supporting distributed and/or international workforces preferredComfort operating within complex, rapidly evolving environments with multiple prioritiesOpportunity HighlightsExecutive-level visibility and direct partnership with the CEOSignificant opportunity to influence culture, leadership, and organizational directionHigh-growth environment with acquisition activity underwayAbility to build and modernize the HR function in a business that values operational impact and leadership partnership
