Senior Transformation ConsultantCompany: Confidential Global Hospitality OrganizationLocation: Chicago, IL (3 days a week in office) with occasional travel to hotel and regional sitesPay Rate: $60-$70/hour (C2C)Employment Type: ContractDuration: 6+ MonthsOverviewA global hospitality organization is seeking a Senior Transformation Consultant to support and accelerate enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across corporate, regional, and operational teams. This highly visible role will help embed a proprietary transformation framework built on agile and adaptive operating principles across a complex global organization.The ideal consultant will bring deep experience leading enterprise transformation efforts, coaching senior leaders, and enabling organizational agility within large, matrixed environments.
