Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager to support ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects out of the Columbus, OH area. This role will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful delivery across schedule, budget, and quality.Responsibilities:Manage full project lifecycle from preconstruction through completionOversee budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting across projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with field executionLead subcontractor procurement, scope review, and contract managementCoordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teamsManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and overall project documentationConduct site visits and partner with field teams to drive progress and resolve issuesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsWhat we're looking for:5-10+ years of experience in construction project managementBackground in ground-up industrial, warehouse, or commercial projects preferredStrong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administrationAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling toolsStrong communication and client-facing skillsCompensation:Competitive base salary (submit your own requirements)Full benefits package including health, dental, vision401(k) with company matchPTO and bonus potentialIf you're looking to take ownership of projects and work on high-impact builds within a growing platform, this is a strong opportunity.
