Warehouse & Customer Service Specialist (Hybrid) - Full-time | On-siteCEVENINI USA LLC | 7602 Energy Parkway, Suite 4 - Curtis Bay, MD 21226We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to support both Warehouse/Logistics and Customer Care in our U.S. facility. This is a hybrid role in a fast-paced environment with daily coordination with our Italian headquarters.What You'll Do· Process customer orders and quotations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central· Respond to customer calls/emails and coordinate with Italy for pricing, backorders, and technical support· Receive inventory (including containers from Italy), stock shelves, and maintain accurate inventory records· Pick/pack/ship orders and create shipping documentation (UPS/FedEx/trucking)· Coordinate shipments with carriers/forwarding agents and communicate daily shipment updates to ItalyWhat We're Looking For· Experience in warehouse operations and/or customer service (hybrid experience a plus)· Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail· Comfortable working both in the warehouse and at a desk (phone/email/ERP)· Forklift license preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)· Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbsNice to Have· International shipping exposure· Experience working with small teams and multiple priorities· Comfort with basic spreadsheets and reporting
