Transformation Coach

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Coach to help accelerate enterprise-wide transformation by embedding a proprietary framework grounded in agile principles across corporate, regional, and operational teams. This role partners closely with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness, improve collaboration, and build scalable capabilities that increase speed, adaptability, and business impact.The ideal candidate brings experience driving large-scale transformation and is comfortable working across business and technology functions. Familiarity with emerging technologies, including Generative AI, is highly valued as organizations continue advancing digital and operational agility.This role may require occasional travel to regional or operational sites.ResponsibilitiesApply and coach a transformation framework across business, technology, and operational teamsPartner with leadership to evolve roadmaps, maturity models, and success metricsCoach executives, operational leaders, and delivery teams on adaptive, customer-centric ways of workingFacilitate workshops, planning sessions, and retrospectives to improve alignment and collaborationLead initiatives to evolve operating models, governance structures, and decision-making practicesMentor internal coaches and change agents to build sustainable transformation capabilitySupport AI enablement by guiding teams on responsible and effective use of Generative AI in workflows, decision-making, and knowledge sharingMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience6-10 years of experience leading organizational transformation or large-scale change initiativesExperience coaching senior leaders and cross-functional teamsKnowledge of agile, lean, and systems-thinking principlesStrong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working across business and technology environmentsFamiliarity with Generative AI tools and practical business applicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in global, matrixed environments across diverse culturesStrong storytelling and data visualization skills tailored to executive audiencesAbility to translate transformation frameworks into practical, scalable solutionsProfessional coaching certifications (e.g., ICP-ACC, SPC, or equivalent)Multilingual proficiencyRate:$60-67/HR
