Procurement Consultant (Facilities Management)

Job Title: Procurement Consultant (Facilities & Indirect)The RoleWe are looking for a motivated Procurement Consultant to manage sourcing strategies, specifically focusing on Facilities Management. You will lead the bidding process, negotiate contracts, and ensure we are getting the best value and quality from our suppliers.What You'll DoSourcing: Lead RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs (Requests for Proposal/Info/Quote) from start to finish.Systems: Use Ariba PTP to manage business requests and issue purchase orders.Contracts: Review and negotiate NDAs, Service Agreements (SaaS), and other legal documents.Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to find ways to save costs and improve service.Problem Solving: Identify root causes for issues in the procurement process and fix them.Must-Haves (Top Skills)Ariba Experience: Must be proficient with the Ariba PTP SystemFacilities Procurement: Background in buying facility management services or related technology.Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines independently.Communication: Strong skills in negotiating with vendors and presenting to stakeholders.Technical Skills: Experience gathering business requirements and troubleshooting complex processes.Nice-to-Haves5+ years in Indirect Sourcing.Experience with contract drafting and legal negotiations.Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain.Experience in a fast-paced or automotive environment.
