They should have experience in a project management role including building and maintaining client relations and working with a team to successfully complete land development projects.Responsibilities:Design of subdivisions and land developmentZoning and approvals processStormwater managementSite design, grading, and erosion and sediment control plansSite utilitiesPennDOT/DEP permittingHydraulic calculationsCost estimatingPreparing project proposals and managing contracts, reports, and invoicingHiring/mentoring/managing junior engineers and designersRequirementsB.S.
