Information Technology Project Manager

We're hiring an IT Project Manager!Flavorchem is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ERP enhancements and internal IT initiatives across our global manufacturing environment. Reporting to the CIO, this role drives structured project execution, cross-functional alignment, and predictable delivery across multiple technology workstreams. The salary range for this position is $115k - $135k depending on experience.What you'll do:Manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of ERP and IT projectsPartner with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable plansLead cross-functional planning, testing cycles, and change controlMaintain project governance, documentation, RAID logs, and communication standardsCoordinate vendors, resources, timelines, and dependenciesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimizationSupport a 24/7 manufacturing environment with disciplined execution and strong follow-throughWhat you bring:BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Management, or related field.7+ years of IT project management experienceStrong understanding of ERP, integrations, data flows, and IT infrastructureExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-moving environmentProven ability to document business processes, requirements, and project artifacts.Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and project documentation toolsPMP/Agile certifications and manufacturing experience are a plusIf you're energized by cross-functional collaboration, structured delivery, and driving meaningful technology improvements, we'd love to connect.
