The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, utilizing design thinking methodologies, creating prototypes, and designing visually appealing user interfaces. The role focuses on ensuring seamless, intuitive user experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective design solutions.Required - must have all of these to be consideredMust be a US CitizenMust be able to commute to Chantilly, VA and work daily on-siteMust have a clearanceQualificationsProficiency in Human-Centered Design and User Research to conceptualize and validate solutions with usersStrong skills in User Experience (UX) design, including wireframing and creating user-centered interfacesExperience with Visual Design and Prototyping to craft engaging and functional design solutionsAbility to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate design ideas effectivelyProficiency in design software such as Adobe XD or FigmaFamiliarity with front-end development principles is advantageousBachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
