Manufacturing Support Coordinator (Contract)Location: Philadelphia, PASchedule: Full-Time, OnsitePay Rate: $20.00 to $22.30/hourDuration: 3 Month Contract with Potential for ExtensionRole Overview The Manufacturing Support Coordinator provides hands-on operational support to a large, high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for executing production order releases, validating shop floor documentation, and supporting daily manufacturing flow. The position partners closely with production planners, manufacturing teams, and customer service to ensure orders are accurate, prioritized correctly, and released on time. This is an operations support role focused on production execution. There is potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the release, verification, and prioritization of shop floor production packetsCreate and validate delivery notes, labels, and manufacturing documentation based on approved instructionsReview live demand in SAP to support day-to-day production executionGenerate and release production packets and transfer orders as directed by production plannersEnsure all shop floor paperwork and system data are accurate, complete, and alignedAct as a daily point of coordination between manufacturing, production planning, and customer serviceIdentify, communicate, and resolve order discrepancies to prevent production delaysTrack order status and respond to production-driven requests in a fast-paced environmentDocument work, maintain records, and support shared departmental responsibilitiesContribute to process improvements and operational efficiency where applicableRequired SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracy in production documentationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume manufacturing environmentClear written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system preferredQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical school education or 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, or operations environment preferredExperience supporting production control, order release, or shop floor operations is a plusWhy This RoleImmediate, hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations and production controlOpportunity to support a large, well-established manufacturing organizationPotential contract extension based on performance and operational needIdeal for candidates with manufacturing or operations experience looking to strengthen production support skillsEstimated Min Rate$20.00Estimated Max Rate$22.30What's In It for You?We welcome you to be a part of the largest and legendary global staffing companies to meet your career aspirations.
