Do you want to manage quality immigration cases (rather than do high-volume filings)? Do you love working in a tech-forward, supportive, and friendly legal environment?De Wit Immigration Law, P.A. based in Miami, FL is looking for a Spanish-speaking Immigration Associate with 2-4 years (or more) of business experience and outstanding writing skills to join their team either in a hybrid/in-person or 100% remote role.In this position, you'll be working on a diverse caseload including PERMs, H-1Bs, L-1s, E-2s, O-1s, EB-5s, and EB-1A/Cs, along with federal litigation, in a firm that is closer to a start-up than a traditional law practice. Attorneys and paralegals work side-by-side without unnecessary hierarchy where what matters most are good ideas, not job titles. You'll work on interesting and challenging matters right away while receiving training and coaching from supportive leadership.Here are the key highlights about the position:Salary Range$100K/year to $125K/year, depending on experience and qualifications. Origination fees available plus salary reviews every 90 days.Work LocationIn-person or hybrid role in Miami office strongly preferred, but also open to 100% remote for the right candidate.J.D./Bar Admission/LanguageSeeking candidates with a J.D. who are licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Florida preferred).
