A leading organization is seeking an IT Program Lead to own and manage all IT-related activities for the enterprise deployment of a portfolio and project management (PPM) platform. This role serves as the primary IT point of contact, ensuring successful planning, integration, rollout, and adoption while aligning technical execution with business objectives. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination, enterprise IT delivery experience, and effective stakeholder communication. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all IT activities for the enterprise deployment of a SaaS PPM platformCoordinate technical planning, configuration, integrations, and rollout in collaboration with internal IT teams and business stakeholdersServe as the primary IT point of contact for the implementation, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical executionManage dependencies across infrastructure, security, identity and access management (IAM), integrations, and application readinessEnsure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and governance requirements throughout the deploymentTrack and manage project progress, milestones, risks, and issues; escalate as neededSupport testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities from an IT delivery perspectiveFacilitate communication and coordination between IT teams, business partners, and external vendorsSupport deployment readiness and adoption through effective planning and executionRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Proven experience managing IT delivery for enterprise application implementations or system deploymentsHands-on experience coordinating cross-functional IT teams (infrastructure, security, IAM, integrations, applications)Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)Experience managing schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues in an enterprise environmentAbility to translate business requirements into IT delivery plans and technical execution activitiesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience working with external vendors or SaaS providers during implementationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Planview (PPM, Portfolios, AgilePlace) or similar portfolio/project management platformsProject management certification (PMP or equivalent)Experience working in a global or multi-region enterprise environmentBackground in IT engineering, infrastructure, or application management rolesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, identity, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.
