Human Resources Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is hiring an HR Manager for one of our non-profit clients. This individual will serve as the sole HR representative for the organization and will be responsible for managing all human resources functions end-to-end. This role will work closely with leadership and administrative staff to support daily operations and employee needs.Key Responsibilities:Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation processesAdminister employee benefits and serve as the point of contact for benefits questionsHandle employee relations issues and staff grievancesMaintain HRIS records within BambooHREnsure compliance with company policies and employment regulationsHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretionREQUIREMENTS:3+ years of experience with HR operationsStrong knowledge of: Employee onboarding and offboarding, Benefits administration, Employee relations and staff grievances, and HR compliance and confidential recordkeepingAbility to pass a Level 2 Background CheckExcellent discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive informationPLUSSES: Hands-on experience using BambooHR Bilingual in English/Spanish
