Company OverviewProLink is a workforce solutions and staffing company headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are currently supporting a health system in Eastern Standard Time zone that is partnering with Prolink to support its Central Staffing Office operations.This role will be based at our headquarters located at 4600 Montgomery Road and will support a 24/7 call center environment responsible for handling staffing requests and employee call-offs. Part time (24 hours per work week, Sunday - Saturday) and full time shifts (36 hours per work week, Sunday - Saturday) are available.Key responsibilities include:Answering inbound calls related to staffing and scheduling needsCommunicating professionally via phone, video calls (Zoom/Teams), and email with hospital staffDocumenting call-offs, shift requests, and shift pickups within the hospital UKG/Kronos Timekeeping and HRIS systemProviding timely and accurate customer service support in a fast-paced environmentUpdating UKG/Kronos with staff schedule changes, to ensure accuracy of schedule.Entering staff schedule changes in UKG/Kronos platform.Additional requirements:Shifts: 8am - 8pm, 8pm - 8amShifts are consistent and will not rotate. (Ex. if assigned AM, will always work AM. If assigned PM, will always work PM)Flexibility is required, days worked in the week will vary. No block scheduling, unless working weekend shifts.Every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday) required for all shiftsPay: Day shift (8am - 8pm) @ $20/hour, Night shift (8pm - 8am) @ $24/hour, Weekend Differential (Saturday, Sunday) @ +$2/hour)Must have high school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferredCandidates pursuing a healthcare degree, as well as candidates with prior healthcare experience, customer service, and/or call center experience are especially encouraged to apply. Individuals currently pursuing a degree in nursing or another healthcare-related field are a great fit for this opportunity due to the exposure to hospital operations, staffing, and healthcare communication. Experience working within Microsoft systems is required.
