We're building the layer between powerful AI models and real people's lives.About You We're looking for a founding dedicated people hire: someone who can own recruiting end-to-end while building out the people ops foundation underneath it.This isn't a coordinator role. You'll set the strategy, run the process, and build the systems. You'll be the person who makes sure we hire the right people, fast "” and that we don't fumble the basics once they're in the door. While we do have some best practices, processes, and systems in place, you'll be the person owning them and making them even better.What You'll Own Recruiting (the majority of your time):Full-cycle recruiting across engineering, product, GTM, and opsBuild and own our sourcing pipeline "” outbound, inbound, referrals, agencies when neededDesign and run structured interview processes with scorecards and calibrationOwn candidate experience from first touch to offer closeManage our ATS (Ashby) and keep it clean and usefulPartner with hiring managers to define roles, level expectations, and move fastPeople Ops:Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-endKeep comp bands, offer templates, and people policies up to dateHandle compliance basics "” employment law, I-9s, classification, etc.Be the person employees come to with questionsWhat We're Looking For4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, at least some of it at a high-growth startupYou've built recruiting process from scratch "” not just inherited oneStrong sourcer: you know how to find people who aren't lookingComfortable owning people ops basics without a dedicated HR team around youFast, organized, and good at pushing hiring managers to make decisionsYou use data to manage pipelines, not just gut feelBonus: experience recruiting technical roles (engineers, PMs)What This Isn'tA coordinator role where you're scheduling interviews someone else designedA big-company HR job with a team and a budget and a playbook already writtenA role where "we'll figure out the process later" is acceptableWhy Lindy Series B backed by Menlo, Battery, and CoatueSmall team "” you'll have real ownership and real impactComp Range $140,000 - $170,000
