Senior Construction Project Manager

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join our team in a subcontractor leadership role. This position is ideal for a Project Manager coming from a GC environment who understands the pace, coordination, and accountability required on complex commercial projects.The Project Manager will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, working directly with GCs, owners, field teams, vendors, and internal leadership to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced managing schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships on active commercial construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from award through completionServe as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, owners, and project stakeholdersCoordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, and field operationsLead project planning, kickoff meetings, and ongoing coordination effortsTrack project budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationMaintain strong communication with superintendents, foremen, and field personnelEnsure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirementsMonitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting schedule or costBuild and maintain strong working relationships with GC project teams and clientsSupport estimating, preconstruction, and business development efforts as neededDrive projects toward successful completion while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
