Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager enhances the client experience by providing exceptional client service, assisting in safeguarding client assets, and servicing as administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors. The Client Services Manager is responsible for understanding firm policies, procedures and digital capabilities that will allow them to interact with Financial Advisors, as well as, new and existing clients.Keys1 to 5 years of overall in wealth managementPreferred: Bachelor's and Series 66 or Series 7Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requestsResolving client inquiriesMaking sure key client information and documentation is up to dateOnboard new client accountsProvide daily management of clients' needs for insurance and RIA/brokerage operationsObtain and prepare necessary applications and appurtenant paperworkAssist clients with required paperworkFacilitate asset transfersManage underwriting processCollaborate with B/D and custodian(s) to resolve client issuesUtilize CRM software and web-based applications for data retentionProvide support for preparation of client meetingsExecute trades at the direction of the advisors and/or the clientPrepare and distribute daily cash activity report to advisorsKey Characteristics:Acute attention to detail and organizationEffective communication skillsEfficient time management skillsAbility to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDesire and willingness to learn and growTeam-mindedPositive attitudeCourteousEducation/Licensing Requirements:College degree preferred or 3+ years of business experience in an operational roleExperience in financial services preferredSeries 7: FINRA General Securities Representative licensed preferredSeries 66: FINRA Uniform Combined Securities Agent and Investment Advisor State Law Exam licensed preferredMust be willing to study for and pass additional federal and/or state exams relevant to position
