About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects from early planning through final completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to successfully deliver technically demanding projects.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing field execution with the commercial and operational aspects of project delivery.What You'll Do:In this role, you will oversee all phases of industrial construction projects, with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and overall project execution.Project Leadership & Execution:Manage industrial construction projects from preconstruction through startup and closeout.Ensure projects are completed in accordance with contract documents, design specifications, applicable codes, and engineering standards while maintaining schedule and budget goals.Coordinate project activities, sequencing, subcontractors, and field operations.Monitor project progress, staffing, RFIs, submittals, invoicing, and reporting activities.Identify and resolve field, coordination, and design-related issues as they arise.Preconstruction & Planning:Support estimating, bid review, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability efforts during preconstruction.Assist with project turnover and early-stage coordination between engineering, estimating, procurement, and operations teams.Financial & Commercial Management:Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost tracking.Monitor labor productivity, production rates, and financial performance.Review and administer contracts, scopes of work, and change orders while helping manage commercial risk and project profitability.Maintain organized project documentation for reporting, billing, and compliance purposes.Coordination & Communication:Serve as a key point of communication between clients, engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.Coordinate engineering documentation, approvals, and construction workflows across multiple disciplines.Safety, Quality & Compliance:Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards and regulatory compliance.Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality assurance, and project documentation.Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration:Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, systems, and workflows.Share lessons learned and best practices to support operational efficiency and scalability.Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality project outcomes and strong client relationships.QUALIFICATIONS:Required Experience & Skills5+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial facility projects.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and related technical documentation.Familiarity with engineering documentation and approval workflows.Experience with process-related construction activities including piping, mechanical systems, utilities, equipment installation, and electrical/instrumentation coordination.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and standard project management tools.Preferred ExperienceBS in Engineering or Construction ManagementExperience with industrial building systems including civil, concrete, structural steel, MEP, and fire protection.Prior work in chemical processing, advanced manufacturing, or similar industrial environments.Work Environment & Leadership:Lead subcontractors and field teams on active industrial jobsites.Balance office-based planning and coordination with onsite construction oversight.Work closely with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
