Commercial Construction Sr. Superintendent

Our Client is a Central Ohio-based general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. As a builder first, we offer comprehensive services including preconstruction, design-build, construction management, and Owner's Representative support. In addition to third-party construction, Our Client also leads projects developed by our affiliate, Equity Commercial Real Estate Solutions. Our experienced team brings deep expertise across a diverse range of sectors, including healthcare, K-12 education, public sector, retail, restaurants, senior living, mixed-use/hospitality, and corporate office developments.As Sr. Superintendent, you are responsible for ensuring the assigned construction projects are successfully delivered on-time and on-budget /on-time. This includes monitoring the project from planning through turn-over, adhering and driving the team to the schedule, reporting on progress to owners and project managers, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained, overseeing field safety, site cleanliness and organization, and monitoring field staff and subcontractors.
