Quantitative Analyst - TreasuryWe are seeking an experienced Quantitative Data Engineer to join our Treasury team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing cash management and liquidity by applying data-driven and quantitative approaches. You will help align short- and long-term liquidity strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide insights that enhance firm-wide financial decision-making.You will collaborate closely with Trading, Risk, and Finance teams to develop and implement analytical solutions that improve treasury operations and overall capital efficiency.This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment where data informs every decision. We are looking for someone passionate about quantitative finance, treasury optimization, and building scalable analytical tools.What You'll DoApply quantitative methods to support cash forecasting, liquidity modeling, and optimizationDevelop and maintain models to improve cash management efficiency and capital allocationAnalyze and communicate liquidity exposures, funding strategies, and risk metrics to stakeholders across trading, risk, and financePartner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on treasury strategies and risk management practicesDesign, implement, and enhance treasury analytics, KPIs, and performance tracking frameworksContribute to the development of automated tools and workflows for treasury processesSupport the creation and refinement of treasury policies, controls, and governance frameworksEducate stakeholders by translating complex quantitative insights into clear, actionable recommendationsDrive adoption of best practices in quantitative treasury managementWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience in quantitative finance, ideally within treasury, trading, or risk environmentsStrong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, modeling, and automationAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasetsExperience building or supporting financial models related to liquidity, cash flows, or riskFamiliarity with accounting concepts such as journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals related to treasury activityExperience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker) is a plusStrong communication skills with the ability to present quantitative insights to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred TraitsIntellectual curiosity and a passion for solving complex financial problemsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong attention to detail combined with a strategic, big-picture mindset
