Their team is relationship-driven, collaborative, and known for mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders.They are seeking a Superintendent to oversee K-12 and higher education projects between $20M-$50M+, someone who thrives in occupied campus environments and enjoys building lasting relationships with owners, design partners, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead field operations for both ground-up and renovation education projectsManage day-to-day subcontractor activity, logistics, QA/QC, and progress trackingEnsure strict safety standards in sensitive public/occupied environmentsBuild strong communication with school districts, staff, and campus leadershipDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, look-aheads, and site plansDrive project milestones and resolve field issues proactivelyMentor and develop Assistant Supers and Field EngineersQualifications5+ years of Superintendent experience with a GC/CMExperience managing education (K-12 or higher ed) projects $20M-$50M+Strong campus coordination experience and comfort working in operational school environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProcore experience preferredCompensation & Benefits$105K-$155K baseAnnual bonus + profit sharingVehicle allowance or company truckHealth benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, and significant advancement opportunitiesThe ideal candidate will be comfortable overseeing the entire operation of the construction site. They should be able to determine and address any risk areas in order to maintain the safety of workers.
