Product DesignerEmployment Type: ContractLocation: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)About the RoleAs a Product Designer, you'll help shape and deliver customer-facing product experiences that directly impact how users onboard, understand, and complete core product flows. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who can own scoped problem areas end to end, collaborate closely with product and engineering partners, and grow into broader ownership over time. Success in this role looks like delivering thoughtful, high-quality designs that ship to production and measurably improve the customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end design for scoped product initiatives, from discovery through final UI and handoffDesign user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile experiencesCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content partners to define problems and iterate on solutionsApply user research, data, and feedback to inform design decisions and improvementsDesign within an established design system, contributing new patterns when appropriateParticipate in critique, design reviews, and iterative testing to refine workClearly communicate design rationale and trade-offs to cross-functional partnersRequired Qualifications3+ years of professional product or UX design experienceStrong portfolio demonstrating shipped, customer-facing product workExperience owning design work from problem definition to production deliveryProficiency with Figma and modern prototyping toolsSolid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentalsExperience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an iterative environmentStrong communication skills and openness to feedbackPreferred QualificationsExperience designing consumer-facing digital productsFamiliarity with transactional or multi-step workflows (e.g., onboarding, purchase, account flows)Experience working within or contributing to a design system
