Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer - AdvancedLocation: Columbus, OHWork Mode: Onsite (5days a week)Eligibility: Only US Citizens & Green Card holdersAbout the RoleWe are looking for a senior-level Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience working within Agile teams. This role is heavily backend-focused (70% Java / 30% React) and requires deep experience building scalable APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native applications in AWS environments.Key Responsibilities• Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka• Build APIs from scratch with strong API design and integration practices• Develop frontend components using React and TypeScript• Work on Kafka-based event streaming platforms including producers/consumers, schema management, monitoring, and tuning• Implement secure and resilient microservices using Spring Security and OAuth2/OIDC patterns• Develop and deploy applications on AWS services including ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, and SQS/SNS• Work with Aurora PostgreSQL, Redis caching, and database optimization strategies• Implement observability practices using Splunk, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, and structured logging• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation/CDK• Participate in testing, performance tuning, security remediation, and production support readinessMust Have Skills• 7+ years of Full Stack Java Development experience• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and API development• Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript• Strong AWS experience including ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda, and IAM• Experience with PostgreSQL/Aurora DB and Redis caching• Knowledge of Docker and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation/CDK)• Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, and production support best practices• Strong understanding of security concepts including RBAC, secrets management, and IAM policies• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
