Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions with a strong backend focusBuild and customize:SharePoint Framework (SPFx) backend componentsCustom APIs, services, and integrationsPower Automate workflows and backend logicDevelop and maintain:SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server solutionsCustom web parts, extensions, and application pages (logic-heavy)Implement security, permissions, governance, and compliance controlsIntegrate SharePoint with:Microsoft 365 servicesAzure services (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)External enterprise systems via REST APIsOptimize performance, reliability, and scalability of SharePoint applicationsSupport deployments, upgrades, migrations, and production troubleshootingCollaborate with architects and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutionsMentor junior developers and contribute to development standards and best practicesRequired Qualifications to be Successful in this Role:8+ years of overall IT experience5+ years of hands-on SharePoint development experienceStrong experience with:SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint ServerBackend development using C#, .NET, REST APIsSharePoint Framework (SPFx) with backend emphasisSolid understanding of:SharePoint architecture and data modelPermissions, security trimming, and governanceContent types, site collections, managed metadataExperience integrating SharePoint with:Azure servicesMicrosoft 365 ecosystemExternal systems and APIsStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skillsComfortable working in enterprise, regulated, or large-scale environmentsDesired Skills:Experience with:Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service BusPower Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)SharePoint migrations (on-prem to online)Exposure to DevOps practices:CI/CD pipelinesSource control (Git, Azure DevOps)Experience in financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industriesUnderstanding of:Information governanceRecords managementCompliance requirementsStrong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersMust Have:Automate DesktopC#Custom ConnectorsDataverseMicrosoft SharePoint online 365Power AppsPower AutomatePower Automate DesktopPowershell7SharePoint ListsNice To Have:PythonSkills:NETAgileC#JavaScriptPowerShellSharePoint development
