Senior Project Manager - Healthcare ConstructionSenior Project Manager opportunity overseeing Healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role will be responsible for leading project teams, managing client relationships, overseeing project financials, and driving overall project execution from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesLead projects from preconstruction through closeoutOversee project teams, schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and overall project financial performanceManage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentationWork closely with Superintendents, field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups throughout constructionLead owner meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal project coordination effortsSupport project safety, quality control, and schedule adherenceAssist with buyout, permitting, contract administration, and risk management processesMentor and support Project Managers, Project Engineers, and other team membersHelp resolve operational and field issues to maintain project progress and client satisfactionQualifications8+ years of experience with a general contractorExperience leading Healthcare construction projectsStrong understanding of construction operations, project financials, and client managementProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple phases of construction simultaneouslyProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar softwareDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salaryVehicle allowance or company vehicle + gas cardBonus opportunityESOP + 401(k)Full benefits packagePTO and continued career growth opportunities
