We are a fast-paced company looking for a flexible and dependable Operations Associate to support multiple areas of our daily operations.Position OverviewThis is a hands-on, multi-functional role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed. Responsibilities may vary daily and can include retail sales support, office administration, inventory receiving, and occasional warehouse fulfillment tasks.This position will begin as a contract role with the opportunity to transition into a regular full-time employee position based on performance and business needs.If you enjoy variety in your workday and like being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include:Assisting customers in our retail showroomAnswering phones, emails, and general customer inquiriesPerforming general office and administrative support tasksReceiving and organizing incoming inventory shipments as neededAssisting with inventory counts and stock organizationPicking, packing, and shipping warehouse orders as neededMaintaining clean and organized workspacesSupporting multiple departments with day-to-day operational needsHelping ensure smooth workflow across office, retail, and warehouse teamsQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and adapt to changing prioritiesReliable, punctual, and team-orientedBasic computer and administrative skillsComfortable working both independently and with a teamAbility to lift packages and stand for extended periods when neededPrevious retail, warehouse, administrative, or operations experience is a plusWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
