Corporate Receptionist, TemporaryLocation: Irving, TXEmployment Type: Contract (3 Weeks)Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWork Arrangement: 100% OnsitePay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hourPosition OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a professional and organized Corporate Receptionist, Temporary for a short-term onsite opportunity in Irving, TX. This role will support the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate office while serving as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.The ideal candidate will have prior office administration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a polished and customer-focused professional who can support office operations, meeting coordination, onboarding activities, and administrative functions while maintaining a welcoming and organized office atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, and providing administrative support to employees and leadership teams. The Corporate Receptionist will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally on a daily basis.Additional responsibilities include:Distributing incoming mail and scanning documents for remote employeesPreparing and processing outgoing and incoming FedEx shipmentsAssisting employees with badges, onboarding support, and workstation setupCoordinating conference room schedules and meeting logisticsOrdering lunches and supporting leadership meetingsPrinting and distributing onboarding and training materialsMonitoring office, printer, kitchen, and breakroom suppliesStocking refrigerators and maintaining common office areasAssisting with monthly expense reports and administrative projects as neededThis role may also support additional departments with administrative and operational tasks based on business needs.Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of office administration or corporate receptionist experience requiredPrior office management or front desk support experience preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced office environmentProfessional verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience coordinating meetings, calendars, or office logistics preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including:WordExcelOutlookPowerPointWork EnvironmentThis is a fully onsite opportunity based in Irving, TX within a professional corporate office environment.
