Procurement Systems Manager (Contract)?? Hybrid (3 days/week in San Francisco, CA)We are hiring a Procurement Systems Manager contractor to support and improve our procurement intake-to-pay systems using Zip. This role focuses on configuring workflows, enhancing request routing, and improving operational efficiency across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security teams.You'll work on system enhancements, automation, and AI-enabled procurement workflows to reduce friction and improve the employee purchasing experience.Key focus areas:Zip workflow configuration (forms, routing, approvals, automation)Procurement intake process optimizationAI/automation-driven workflow improvementsCross-functional collaboration across Finance, Legal, and TechData-driven process improvements and system efficiencyRequirements:Hands-on experience with Zip or similar procurement systemsStrong understanding of procurement intake-to-pay processesAbility to improve workflows through automation and configurationStrong execution and problem-solving mindset
