Traveling Plumbing Superintendent

The Travel Plumbing Superintendent is responsible for managing all field operations related to plumbing system installation on construction projects. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and oversee plumbing system installation, ensuring timely delivery to job sites and precise field installation.Direct and manage all on-site field personnel, adjusting team size based on project requirements.Supervise subcontractor activities.Collaborate with the Project Manager to create, monitor, and adhere to schedules.Participate in all mandatory job site meetings for project updates and changes.Assist in the preparation and execution of project plans.Enforce and promote strict adherence to company and job site safety procedures.Conduct and document weekly safety "toolbox" talks.Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and ensure compliance with Hazard Communication regulations.Maintain effective communication with field personnel, including PM and stakeholders.Perform various personnel actions, including hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers, and vacation schedules.Maintain and submit accurate as-built drawings and other documentation promptly.Inspect and submit reports on the condition of tools, equipment, and safety gear.Ensure the jobsite maintains a high standard of appearance, professionalism, and organization.Maintain and ensure company vehicle complies with manufacturer specifications.This role also offers per-diem.Qualifications:Experience: 5 years as a Plumbing Superintendent on construction projects and at least 10 years of experience specifically with plumbing systems.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of plumbing system installation processes, techniques, and industry standards.Leadership Skills: Proven proficiency in management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.Communication Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.Travel Availability: Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.Are you dedicated and experienced plumbing super seeking an opportunity, we invite you to apply for the Travel Plumbing Superintendent position today.
