Warehouse Specialist

Akkodis is seeking Warehouse Specialist in Fremont,CA(Onsite)Ideally, looking for someone with inventory controls (issuing, receipt and tracking) and Shipping and receiving exp.Rate Range: $22/hour to $25/hour on w2. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Duties & Responsibilities:Responsible for hardware room inventory control check in/Check out process.Maintain, inventory and control of offsite and onsite hardware.Work with the various departments to receive and ship hardware to vendors and Offshore operation sites.Assist and work with other team members and engineering personnel to ensure all paperwork is in proper order for shipment and generate appropriate shipping documentation.Monitor hardware inventory and report discrepancies (damaged, missing items, etc.) when appropriate to personnel and management.Work with other team members to resolve hardware issues regarding replacement or missing items.Work with other hardware room personnel and Shipping and receiving team to prepare hardware for shipping to various vendors for repair.Work to help drive future improvements Test Floor environment.Must be willing to work in a multi-tasking, fast pace, team oriented working environment.QUALIFICATIONSProficient with inventory controls (issuing, receipt and tracking)Proficient with Shipping and receiving dutiesProficient with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)General administrative skills (paperwork, filing)Good communication skillsFamiliar with Planon / Salesforce inventory data tracking platformsFor other opportunities available at Akkodis go to If you have questions about the position, please contact Mohammed Irfan Murtuza at irfan.murtuza@Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
