Our front desk team plays a critical role in setting the tone for each visit, ensuring clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for from the moment they arrive.Position OverviewWe are seeking a professional, polished, and personable Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and to support the daily operations of the clinic. This role is essential to ensuring smooth front desk operations, strong client communication, and a consistently high standard of service throughout the clinic.The ideal candidate is articulate, organized, proactive, and takes pride in presentation, communication, and maintaining an elevated, well-run environment. This position combines client-facing hospitality with administrative support and light operational responsibilities in a luxury wellness setting.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet clients warmly and professionally upon arrivalServe as the primary point of contact for clients, phone calls, and emailsCheck clients in and out accurately using scheduling and documentation systemsCoordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth appointment flowOffer and prepare refreshments such as coffee, juice, water, or wellness beveragesMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, waiting area, restrooms, and treatment roomsPerform general administrative tasks including light data entry, filing, and scheduling supportMonitor and restock front desk, beverage station, and restroom suppliesHandle client information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA requirementsPerform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and client experienceSkills & Professional AttributesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service abilitiesProfessional demeanor with attention to detail and presentationHighly organized, reliable, and punctualComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentAbility to remain calm, courteous, and solutions-oriented under pressureExperience in a front desk, administrative, hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing role is a plusFamiliarity with scheduling systems or electronic records is helpful but not requiredWillingness to support both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes responsibilitiesComfortable adhering to professional appearance and workplace standardsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay based on experienceClean, modern, and upscale work environmentSupportive and professional team cultureOpportunity to grow with a developing premium wellness brandEmployee discounts on select services (where applicable)How To ApplyPlease submit your resume through LinkedIn.
