This role requires strong experience interpreting hospitality design intent, managing FF&E specifications, coordinating approvals, and ensuring products align with brand standards, operational requirements, and project schedules.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced working with designers, procurement teams, brands, and ownership groups on complex hospitality projects.Key Responsibilities Lead hospitality FF&E projects from design development through procurement, production, and final installationReview and manage FF&E specifications, finish schedules, shop drawings, mockups, and product approvalsCoordinate closely with designers, procurement firms, ownership groups, and brand representatives to ensure alignment with project vision and standardsEnsure products meet hospitality brand requirements, quality expectations, operational functionality, and design intentManage project schedules, approvals, sample reviews, and client communication throughout the project lifecycleCollaborate with internal global engineering, sourcing & procurement teams to support successful executionIdentify and resolve specification conflicts, design challenges, and field conditions proactivelySupport model room reviews, punch resolution, and final installation coordination as requiredMaintain organized project documentation and tracking across multiple active projectsMentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiativesRequirements 7-10+ years of experience in hospitality FF&E, interior design project management, procurement, or commercial furniture project managementStrong understanding of hospitality design standards, FF&E specifications, and brand compliance requirementsExperience reviewing architectural drawings, finish schedules, shop drawings, and product submittalsExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneouslyDetail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesProficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and related project tracking systemsExperience with budget management, scheduling, and coordination across multiple stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsHospitality project experienceExperience coordinating international sourcing and logistics operationsExperience coordinating custom furniture development and mockup approvalsPMP or related project management certificationFamiliarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to work on nationally recognized hospitality and multifamily projectsFast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant opportunity for growth and operational impactCollaborative culture with exposure to global manufacturing, logistics, and large-scale project execution
