Business Development & Client Growth (Primary Focus)Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities through outreach, networking, and referralsLead consultative conversations with executives, founders, and HR leaders to uncover hiring needsPosition and close executive search engagementsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and active clientsExpand existing client relationships into repeat and long-term partnerships?? Executive Search DeliveryLead searches from intake through placement, ensuring a high-touch client experiencePartner with clients to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategySource, assess, and engage senior-level candidates using direct outreach and market researchConduct structured interviews and evaluations; present candidates with insight-driven recommendationsManage offer negotiations and successfully close placements?? Relationship Management & Market InsightServe as a trusted advisor to clients and candidatesMaintain deep knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapesGenerate repeat business and referrals through exceptional relationship management?? Internal Operations & CollaborationMaintain accurate pipelines and documentation in CRM/ATS systemsContribute to process improvement and best practices across the firmCollaborate with team members while owning your desk and resultsWhat We're Looking For ? Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation ? 5+ years of experience in executive search, retained search, or high-level contingent staffing ? Ability to both win work and execute searches ? Strong consultative sales and stakeholder management skills ? Experience managing a desk, pipeline, or book of business ? Comfortable engaging senior-level leaders and decision-makers ? Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS tools, and outbound BD workflows ? Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented ?
